Real estate SEO that builds your agency's own visibility.
Listing portals attract much of the traffic for property searches, but your agency can still win the searches that bring you vendors and landlords: your name, your area, your agents and your local knowledge. We help agencies build that visibility on their own website.
What holds agencies back
- Portals appear above you for almost every search.
- Agent profiles are thin, or missing altogether.
- Suburb pages repeat the same text with a different name.
- Your Google Business Profile is incomplete, or each office shares one.
- Reviews are scattered across platforms and not shown on your site.
How we help agencies
- 01
Decide what to compete for
Portals own many listing searches. We focus on the searches where an agency's own site can win: appraisals, local knowledge, agent names and service pages.
- 02
Agent and office pages
A real page for each agent and each office, with genuine information and clear contact options.
- 03
Local pages with substance
Pages for the areas you genuinely work in, with real information about the market and the area, not copied text.
- 04
Google Business Profile and reviews
A compliant profile for each office and a genuine review process.
- 05
A fast, clear website
Listing feeds, search and enquiry forms that work well on phones.
We cannot move you above the portals for every search, and we will not promise that. We build the visibility you can own and the trust that brings vendors to you.
Competing with the portals
Portals are built to attract buyers and renters looking at listings. An agency site wins in a different way: it shows who you are, what you know about your area and why a vendor should choose you. Searches such as an agent's name, an agency's name, an appraisal request or a suburb's market conditions are where your own site can lead.
Agent profile pages
- A real page per agent, with a genuine biography and photo.
- Areas and property types they work in.
- Genuine reviews and sold history, where permitted and accurate.
- A direct way to contact them.
Suburb pages that are not doorway pages
A suburb page earns its place when it tells a vendor or buyer something they cannot get from a template: how the area works, the property types you handle there, who on your team covers it and what you have recently done. Pages that repeat the same words with different place names add nothing, and we advise against them. See our guide to local SEO.
Reviews and trust
Vendors choose agents they trust. Reviews are central, and Google's policy on fake engagement does not allow paid or incentivised reviews or selectively asking only happy clients. Ask every client in the same way, reply to every review, and keep real testimonials visible on your site.
Agencies with more than one office
Each office needs its own accurate Google Business Profile and its own page. Shared profiles and shared pages blur who you are and where you work. Where agents travel to clients and have no shop front, a service-area profile may be the right setup, as described in Google's representation guidelines.
Listings and the website
If your site displays listings from a feed, those pages must load quickly and be crawlable, and removed listings should be handled so they do not become dead ends. Our web design and development service covers this, and AI SEO covers how your agency appears when people ask AI assistants for local agents.
Rules about advertising property differ by state, province and country. Check the rules that apply to you before publishing claims about results.

Real estate: common questions
Can an agency outrank the property portals?
Not for most listing searches, and we will not promise it. Agencies can win searches that portals do not own: their name, their agents, local knowledge and appraisal-related searches.
Do agents need their own pages?
Yes, where each agent is a reason a vendor might choose you. A real, detailed page helps people and search engines understand who your agents are.
Should I have a page for every suburb?
Only for areas you genuinely work in and where you have something specific to say. Copying the same text across many pages does not help.
How do you handle reviews?
We set up a process for asking every client and replying to every review. We never write or buy reviews.
Can you work with my listing system?
Usually. We review how listings are published and make sure the pages are fast and crawlable.
Do you work with independent agents as well as agencies?
Yes. A strong profile page and Google Business Profile matter even more when you are building a personal brand.
Do you have real estate case studies?
We have worked with real estate agencies, but we do not publish client results until the agency gives permission and we have the evidence to support them.
