Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Neural Media Labs collects through neuralmedialabs.com and what we do with it. Questions about it can go to talha@neuralmedialabs.com.

What we collect

When you contact us. If you email us, we keep the message and your address so we can reply.

When you book a call. Booking happens on Calendly, which collects the details you enter there. Its handling of that information is described in Calendly's privacy notice. We receive your name, email and booking details so we can run the call.

When you use the free AI visibility check chat. The chat asks for your business name, industry, website (optional), name and email address. We use Web3Forms (web3forms.com) to deliver those answers to us by email, and when you choose a time they are passed to Calendly so the booking form is prefilled. We keep them while we are preparing your check or following up on your enquiry, and delete them if you ask.

Website analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are viewed and how often the booking buttons are clicked. It records usage such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. Google states that Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses. We have switched off Google Signals and ad personalisation, and we do not run advertising cookies.

Visitors in Europe, the UK and Switzerland

For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics storage is denied by default, so Google Analytics does not set analytics cookies for you.

How we use it

To reply to enquiries, run booked calls, understand which pages are useful and keep the site working. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you by emailing talha@neuralmedialabs.com. You can also block analytics with your browser settings or a privacy extension.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page.
