SEO agency for businesses that need enquiries, not reports.
We run SEO as an ongoing service. We fix what stops Google from finding and trusting your site, build pages that match what your customers actually search for, and report on the enquiries it produces.
Where we usually start
- You do not appear for the searches that bring in paying customers.
- You get visits but few calls, forms or bookings.
- Your site has technical problems nobody has looked at in months.
- You pay an agency and cannot tell what they did last month.
How we run SEO
- 01
Baseline
We record where you rank, what traffic you get and which pages produce enquiries, so progress is measured against something real.
- 02
Technical fixes
Crawling, indexing, speed, mobile layout and duplicate pages. If search engines cannot reach or understand a page, nothing else helps it.
- 03
Keyword and page plan
We map the searches your customers use to specific pages, one topic per page, so your own pages do not compete with each other.
- 04
Content and on-page work
Titles, headings, copy and structured data written for people first, with the answer near the top of the page.
- 05
Authority
Earned mentions and links from relevant sources. We do not buy links or use schemes that put your site at risk.
- 06
Reporting
Your account manager reports on rankings, traffic and, most importantly, enquiries, and tells you what happens next.
Nobody can promise you first place. Google's own SEO Starter Guide says there are no secrets that automatically rank a site first, and that changes can take anywhere from hours to months to show in results. We tell you what we will do and measure what happens.
What managed SEO includes
SEO is the work of helping search engines understand your content and your business, so the right pages appear for the searches your customers make. In practice that is four jobs done together: making sure your site can be crawled and indexed, matching pages to real searches, building trust signals, and measuring what produces enquiries.
| Area | What we do | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Technical | Fix crawling, indexing, speed, mobile layout, duplicate URLs | Pages that cannot be reached or understood cannot rank |
| On-page | Titles, headings, copy, internal links, structured data | Tells search engines and people what each page is for |
| Content | New pages and guides built around real questions | Covers the searches your site does not answer yet |
| Authority | Earned mentions and links, reviews, accurate listings | Shows search engines you are credible and known |
| Measurement | Baseline, rankings, traffic and enquiries | Shows what is working and what to change |
How we decide what to work on first
A long list of fixes is easy to produce and hard to act on. We rank work by how close it sits to revenue. Pages for your most profitable services come before general blog posts, and a technical fault that blocks a key page comes before cosmetic tidying.
- Revenue pages first. The service and product pages that bring in paying customers.
- Blockers next. Anything stopping those pages from being crawled, indexed or loading properly.
- Gaps after that. Searches your customers make that no page on your site answers.
- Authority throughout. Reviews, listings and mentions that support everything above.
SEO, paid ads and AI search compared
| SEO | Paid search | AI search visibility | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What you pay for | Work on your site and presence | Each click or impression | Work on your site, facts and sources |
| Speed | Builds over weeks to months | Starts as soon as ads run | Builds over weeks to months |
| When you stop | Gains usually persist | Traffic stops | Gains usually persist |
| Best for | Steady, compounding enquiries | Quick tests and launches | Being recommended in answers |
They work well together. Our AI SEO service builds on the same foundations as SEO, and our local SEO service covers maps and nearby searches.
How we report
Your account manager reports on what we did, what changed and what comes next. We lead with enquiries: calls, forms and bookings that came from search. Rankings and traffic are included because they explain why enquiries moved, but a report that celebrates rankings while enquiries stay flat is not a good report.
Common problems we find
- Several pages competing for the same search, so none of them ranks well.
- Important pages blocked from indexing by a stray noindex tag or robots.txt rule.
- Duplicate versions of the same page on different URLs.
- Titles and descriptions copied across many pages.
- Slow, heavy pages on mobile.
- Content written to include keywords rather than to answer the question.
- Business details that differ between the website and online listings.
Many of these show up in an SEO audit or a technical SEO review.

SEO: common questions
How long does SEO take to work?
Technical fixes can be live within days, but results in search usually take weeks to months. Google says changes can take anywhere from hours to months to appear. We will not give you a date we cannot keep.
Do you guarantee page one?
No. Rankings are decided by Google, not by us. We guarantee the work we plan and the reporting, and we show you what moved.
What do you need from me to start?
Access to your website, Google Search Console and analytics, plus a short conversation about who your best customers are and what they buy.
How is SEO different from AI SEO?
AI SEO builds on SEO. The foundations are the same: crawlable pages, clear answers, accurate business information. AI SEO adds testing how your business appears in AI assistants. See our AI SEO service.
What does an SEO agency actually do?
It improves the things that decide whether your pages appear in search: technical health, page content, internal links, trust signals and local information. It also measures whether the work brings enquiries and adjusts the plan.
How much does SEO cost?
It depends on your site, your market and how much needs doing, so we do not quote a standard price. We recommend a free AI visibility check first so the recommendation fits your situation.
Can you work with my existing website and developer?
Yes. We write clear instructions for changes, and where it helps we brief your developer directly.
Do you build links?
We earn mentions and links from relevant, credible sources. We do not buy links or use schemes that could harm your site.
Will you rewrite my whole website?
Only where it is justified. Often a handful of pages carry most of the opportunity, and we start there.
How will I know it is working?
Through reporting that tracks enquiries first, then rankings and traffic, compared with the baseline we record at the start.
